Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

1. Plans, prices and frequency

• 1 Month: $179.99 charged every 30 days for 1 bottle. Prices may change only with advance notice.
• 3 Months: $449.99 charged every 90 days for 3 bottles. Prices may change only with advance notice.

2. Automatic renewal

By actively agreeing before payment, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the selected frequency until canceled. There is no fixed commitment.

3. How to cancel

Sign in and select My Account → Subscriptions → Cancel at period end, or contact support@clascoteronex.com or +1 (800) 917-3851. Cancel before the next billing date. We confirm successful cancellation.

4. Reminders and price changes

Order and renewal information is provided electronically. We will give advance notice of material price or term changes as required by applicable law.

5. Pause, skip or change

Available self-service controls appear in My Account. Contact support before the next billing date when a requested change is not available online.

6. Renewal returns and refunds

A cancellation does not reverse an order already billed. Unopened renewal orders remain subject to the Returns & Refunds policy.
