Returns & Refunds
Return and refund eligibility is reviewed according to the condition of the order and the reason for the request.
30-day return window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible.
Requesting a return
Email support@clascoteronex.com with your order number and reason for the request before returning anything. Products sent without return instructions may not be identifiable or processed.
Product condition
For hygiene and safety, opened or used topical products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We may request photographs before providing return instructions.
Refund review
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Original shipping charges and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
